Betting a custom amount?

How do you bet a custom amount or can you only bet the pre approved amounts. ex. 100

If you go to your Profile page, then Settings and then Expert Mode, you will be able to remove or add other amounts to the drop down menu. It has taken a while but over time I have added 250, 500 and 1000. There is also a box you can check to Enable to enter sizes manually.
