Winning option:Less than 111.3 million Last night's Super Bowl averaged 108.4 million, making it the third most-watched game of all time (trailing last year's 111.3 million and 2011's 111.0 million). Given the circumstances with the teams involved and the delay due to the power outage, that doesn't seem to shabby.
