The odds are set using the web site below and shows Old Dom a higher % than Butler even if the seed number for butler is better than Old Dom
The seed number (8) and (9) is what the selection committee assigns to teams in each region and the odds are what the odds makers believe the likely outcome will be, which in this case are two different things, i.e. the vegas boys predict an upset.
