Winning option:"Cambridge Kate" Middleton The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, heirs to the British throne, are expecting their first baby, Buckingham Palace announced on Monday.

Confirmation came from the royal household after Kate Middleton, Queen Elizabeth’s daughter-in-law, was admitted to King Edward VII hospital in central London suffering from acute morning sickness. The announcement said Kate was likely to remain in the hospital for several days, but that her illness was not serious.

If you've never noticed it before, the similarities between the two are astounding. It's true. According to reports, the couple — who got married in July – had a bitter blowup in Paris when Jamie’s band, The Kills, played a gig there in mid-November.

“Kate promised Jamie that once they were married, they’d move to the English countryside and she’d quit drinking and smoking and try for a baby,” a source said.

“But now she’s refusing to leave London, and if anything, she’s drinking more. He’s fed up.
