Background
After the verdict was read for Casey Anthony, Michelle Crowder of Oklahoma was on a site called Change.Org and proposed Caylee's Law. This proposal has gained over a million signatures.

'Florida's proposal would make it a felony for a parent or other caregiver to not report a child under the age of 12 missing after 48 hours. It also makes it a felony to not report a child's death or "location of a child's corpse" to police within two hours of the death.'
However, some opposition to the proposed Caylee's Law is also forming:

Will the law be adopted/passed by Florida either in its current state (a felony for a parent or other caregiver to not report a child under the age of 12 missing after 48 hours. It also makes it a felony to not report a child's death or "location of a child's corpse" to police within two hours of the death.') or a modified state (i.e.some different number of day/hours)?
