Background
Pat Smith took his twin sons, Nate and Nick, to a hockey charity fundraiser. He purchased 3 raffle tickets for a chance to shoot the puck across the ice into a 3 1/2" slot and, if the shot was made, to win $50,000.
Between periods, Nick Smith's name was called. Nick had gone outside, though, so Pat sent his son Nate down to take the shot.
And Nate made it!
Pat came out the next day and stated that it was Nate, not Nick, who made the shot.
Will they get the $50,000 prize money?
